With the demonstrated effectiveness of the program, gymnasts develop skills quickly and efficiently in short practice time.

Summer

Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday: 5:45-7:45 pm (online)

Fall

• Wednesday 5:30 pm (2-2.5 hours)
• Friday 5:00 pm (2-2.5 hours)
• Saturday 9:00 am (2-2.5 hours)
• (Possibility for additional practice opportunities for Team gymnasts)

Rhythmic gymnastics lessons in Duluth and Suwanee (Gwinnett) serves the north, east, and northeast of Greater Atlanta including Roswell, Dunwoody, Alpharetta, Norcross, Duluth, Suwanee, Sugar Hill, Hamilton Mill, Buford, Flowery Branch, Lake Lanier, Mill Creek, Berkeley Lake, Lawrenceville, Lilburn, Snellville, Loganville, Grayson, Dacula, Auburn, Winder, and the Johns Creek area.
